At Algarve 365 we offer a property service to help you maintain your property abroad. Whether your property is for personal use or holiday rentals we can offer you an excellent service and invaluable peace of mind. With numerous packages and services you can custom it to the exact service that suits you.

We provide various services for apartments and villas in the Praia da Rocha and Portimao area and can take care of all your needs.
There are numerous service options you can take advantage of from the very basics of key holding to the cleaning and maintenance or even the advertising and booking of your property.

Below is a list of services and prices for these services. You may use any number of the service options we provide or even all.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Cleaning service includes: -
· Floors
· Windows
· Bathroom
· Kitchen
· Balconies
· All surfaces
· Changing of beds after guests have departed.
· Delivery and collection of laundry from laundrettes.
· Visual checks of the property and maintenance report

(Laundering of bedding and towels etc is an additional cost and is charged by the kg at the local launderettes for a full wash dry and press service, receipts will be provided for laundry).

Cost does not include maid service while the apartment is occupied.
If the apartment is occupied for over 7 days then clean bedding and towels can be delivered and used bedding taken away.
If a maid service is required this can arrange at an additional cost.

We request that there is a minimum of 2 sets of bedding per bed so that one set can be laundered while another is in use.

We request that all apartments have basic cleaning equipment: Mop/bucket, sweeping brush and pan.
All solutions i.e. bleach, floor cleaner, bathroom/kitchen cleaner and window cleaner will be provided by us as part of the service.

Prices are on per clean per property and are based on property size. Receipts will be provided for the service we provide and the additional cost of laundry etc

 

Key holding, Meet & Greet Service.

We can provide a service in which we hold a set of your keys at our office in the resort and if you have guests arriving we can meet them at the property and advise them on equipment usage and the local area.
This service is charged at 5 euros per handover. However if using an Algarve 365 Transfer there will be no charge for this service.

Monthly maintenance checks

We also provide a monthly service where we will check the property and allow it to air and collect and safe keep mail.
If required we can arrange to pay any utility bills like water and electric etc.
This would be 10 euros per month and can be paid either monthly, 6 monthly or yearly. All utility bills that are paid on your behalf are to be settled within 2 weeks of receipt. This is particularly useful for clients who do not always rent out the property but do require the property to be checked and maintained.

Advertising & Promoting your Property

We can arrange for advertising and promoting of your property if you are looking to rent it out.
